What comes in the box?
Each order includes the BrewPic printer, 12 paper stencils, a charging cable, and a user manual, exactly as shown in the product photos.
How does it work?
Brew your coffee, place one of the stencils over the cup, then set BrewPic on top and let it transfer the design onto the foam.
Which coffees work best?
Drinks with a stable foam layer, such as cappuccino or flat white, hold a design best. A thin or broken foam gives a fainter result.
How do I charge and clean it?
Recharge it with the included cable and wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge the printer in water.
What are the dimensions?
The printer measures 95 × 95 × 55 mm and weighs 180 g. The paper stencils measure 86 × 54 mm.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked delivery normally takes 6–9 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, customs, weather, and peak periods may take longer.
Can I return my order?
We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos so we can assess a free replacement.
